Our Delivery Policy is set out to explain to you, the customer, how we process your paid orders on our website.
The delivery of a completed and paid order consists of two parts:
Part 1: Your completion of all the mandatory fields for setting up an account to process your order; and
Part 2: Your submission of full payment for your order during the checkout.
Once full payment is received, we will process and deliver the order to you in the following ways:
For Tickets Sale
Defined as purchase of an attraction ticket. Included are ticket in physical or electronic form.
• By email (for electronic ticket): Within 24 hours, you will receive an email from us with the electronic ticket or redemption voucher attached.
• By registered mail (for physical ticket): Within 48 – 72 hours, you will receive an registered mail from us with your physical ticket.
For usage of tickets, please follow closely to the terms and conditions and/or instructions indicated on the ticket.
Defined as purchase or reservation of a tour. Included are group booking, package tours, private tours and customised tours.
• By email: Within 48 – 72 hours, you will receive an email from us with the tour confirmation attached in a PDF file.
All shopping cart transactions will be completed in Singapore Dollars.
Delivery charges are displayed before you make the booking and you may select not to make your orders to avoid delivery charges. The Company does not assume any responsibility for the fault of the delivery company. We will attempt to redeliver but do not provide any guarantees for redelivery on time. If you provide an incorrect address, then you may have to pay excess fees to the delivery company for alteration of the address. You will be billed separately for payment.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
For all confirmed orders, there is strictly no cancellation or amendment once payment is confirmed. Customer shall forfeit full payment in event of cancellation unless otherwise indicated by the Company.
