Ninja Go Where (also known as Woopa eMart) is an online marketplace which offers a wide range of attractions tickets in Singapore at affordable prices.
It is operated by Woopa Travels, a registered travel agency in Singapore (license no: 02699).
FAQ – Making Bookings
We use an online 24/7 booking system on our website which allow our customers to easily book and buy our products.
If you have any queries, you can reach us by using the website live chat or drop us an email. Our team will be happy and ready to attend to you!
We currently offer payment:
- by Debit / Credit Card (via PayPal); and
- by Bank Transfer (via eNets).
Yes, you can still make debit or credit card payment (Visa/Master/AMEX) via PayPal. All you have to do is to checkout with PayPal and select the option “Pay with my debit or credit card”.
Yes, we currently offer only e-tickets for all attractions on Woopa eMart as this is a hassle-free buying and delivering method for our customers.
We have physical tickets but this is only offered to customers with bulk purchase (> 100 tickets). Please feel free to contact us if you wish to do a bulk purchase.
You are advised to follow the instructions on the E-ticket or redemption voucher.
In general, there are two methods of using the E-tickets:
Method 1: Exchange for physical tickets (Watch video here)
Method 2: Scan barcode – direct admission (Watch video here)
We shall not be held responsible for any case of refusal for redemption if instructions on the E-ticket or redemption voucher are not followed.
Most of our E-tickets are open dated and valid for 30 days from indicated date of visit.
However, there are some attractions that are only valid for the date of visit or a period shorter than 30 days. The validity will be indicated under the product description.
It is not necessary to create a user account to make purchases.
However, by creating an account, you will be able to track status of your order and view your purchase history. Your information will also be retained for an easier checkout for future purchases.
For all ticket orders, you would receive an order confirmation that your order is being processed. Upon verification of payment, your order will be processed and we guarantee that your E-tickets (or vouchers) will be sent via email indicated within 12 hours.
During office hours, our average processing time is 1 hour.

Yes, it is possible for us to process ticket orders for use on the same day.
However, please note that there is an average processing time of 1 hour during office hours and our online booking system will not allow booking for the same day after 4pm.
For all urgent orders, it is advisable to contact us prior to making your bookings.
The maximum number of tickets you can book per transaction is 20. If you wish to purchase more than 20 tickets, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
